Kerpen Datacom DClink Cable Management Accessories

Kerpen Datacom’s GigaLine® DClink accessory products supplement both the copper and fibre connectivity and therefore flexibility when utilised with the DClink Modular Panels allowing installers and network designers to maximise rack usage through a mixed media platform and enables enhanced cable management.

DClink rear cable tray is a powder coated metal plate, black RAL 9005 and is designed to be installed at the rear of the modular 1U and 3U high chassis to provide cable support and management of cabling onto the modular panels. One metre of 10mm wide hook & loop tape is provided for installers to cut-to-length for dressing and anchoring installed cabling. The tray is installed to the modular 1U or 3U high chassis with two countersink fixings.

As well as the DClink rear cable tray, Kerpen Datacom also offer a front-mount cable tray. Consisting of a powder coated metal raceway and front plate suitable for port labelling. The DClink front-mount cable tray is designed to be installed at the front of the modular 1U and 3U high chassis to provide cable support and management of cabling onto the modular panels. One metre of 10mm wide hook & loop tape is provided for installers to cut-to-length for dressing and anchoring installed cabling. The front-mount tray is installed to the modular 1U or 3U high chassis via the two lower panel mount fixing positions.

To accompany the front cable tray and certain blanking modules there is also a labelling strip available for installers to record details on connectivity for the respective panels as required. Labelling strip has a self-adhesive backing for easy application.

DClink cassette for excess cable length is a metal 1U chassis (mild steel) designed for managing excess cable length with a pull-out excess length drawer (aluminium), loose tube distributor, protective tube for loose tubes and cable strain reliefs for installation below 19″ module rack. Prepared for cable entry with 12 cable screw couplings, 2 loose tube distributors or for holding fibre optic trunk distributor heads.
