Epoxy/Polish Fibre Optic Connectors For Termination Facilities

Daro Connectivity provides Senko’s range of epoxy/polish fibre optic connectors. Available in standard (plug-style pre-assembled) or premium (multi-piece kits) versions. These connectors are typically utilised for factory termination for high volume-production.

SC (IEC 61754-4)

The SC connectors are a push-pull type originally developed by NTT in Japan. They utilise a 2.5mm ceramic ferrule and support single and multi-mode applications. Connector body and boots are available in various colour options.

FC (IEC 61754-13)

FC connectors are a screw-on type originally developed by NTT in Japan. They utilise a 2.5mm ceramic ferrule and support single and multi-mode applications. Various boot colour and size options are available.

ST (IEC 61754-2)

ST connectors are a spring-loaded bayonet twist-fit type originally developed by AT&T. They utilise a 2.5mm ceramic ferrule and support single and multi-mode applications. Various boot colour and size options are available.

LC (IEC 61754-20)

LC connectors are a push-pull latching type originally developed by Lucent Technologies. They utilise a 1.25mm ceramic ferrule and support single and multi-mode applications. Connector body and boots are available in various colour options. Ferrules are available with a choice of end-face to allow for faster polishing while maintaining low insertion loss and back reflection.
