FTS series Buffer Tube Scorers are a resilient engineering polymer tool with hardened carbon steel blade designed for scoring buffer tubes in fibre optical central and stranded loose tube cables. Colour coded in three separate colours, each suitable for different buffer tube constructions making it easy for field engineers and cabling technicians to select the right tool for the application. Blades are factory set, meaning that no in-use adjustments need to be undertaken.

MSAT® 16 series 16-Channel mid-span fibre access tool is a lightweight, durable and rugged engineering polymer construction with sixteen unique diameter settings designed to make mid-span access openings in central loose or stranded multi-loose tube fibre optic cables. Sizing of buffer tube can be verified on the external edge of the tool. Patent-pending design features a self-aligning, easy-to-load buffer tube channel that supports & guides the tube through precision shaving operation.
