The Miller® MA01-7020 FTTx ULW Drop Cable Slitter Kit comprises of the MB04-7020 FTTx ULW Drop Cable Slitter and CA Cable Assist Tool. Patent-pending design slits both sides of FTTX drop cable jackets on end or mid-span applications, and allows for precise, safe and easy access to fibre buffer tube. Ergonomic, lightweight and durable design with convenient opening tabs fits comfortably in hand and requires minimal effort to use.

The unique articulating hinge allows accurate end and mid-span stripping without disassembling the tool — simply close the tool over the cable and pull to slit jacket. Comes with two pre-installed reversible blades plus two additional replacement blades stowed conveniently in the tool. Flat drop and ULW models colour-coded (yellow and orange respectively) for quick and easy identification.

In addition to the FTTx ULW Drop Cable Slitter tool you also receive the CA Series Drop Cable Assist Tool. Handy rubber cable grip designed to hold 59, 6, 7 & 11 series coaxial cable as well as PVC-jacketed fibre optic cable during the pulling operation & connector insertion. Equipped with 2 cable channels: 3 mm to 6 mm & 6mm to 12 mm and constructed from flexible, rubberised material to ensure maximum cable & wire gripping action.
